Hi @yabellini , here is the R1 for issue #819

  • envios -> "submissões"
  • first-pass scope decisions -> "decisões de escopo de primeira linha"
  • overlapping package -> "pacote que gera conflitos"? (ou manter sobreposição)?
  • Submission Type: Stats -> mantido em inglês, ok?
  • rOpenSci policy -> "política de uso do rOpenSci"
  • upstream service -> "serviço upstream"?
  • Twitter -> "plataforma X"
  • GitHub grooming -> "refinamento no GitHub"
  • (l217)...and the overlap and differences between unconf/staff/software-review development -> ?

  • Quanto a "GitHub grooming" dado o contexto que é utilizado, me parece que é mais apropriado utilizarmos uma tradução mais no sentido de "How to excel at GitHub", ou "How to improve your performance on GitHub".

Eu adotei as ideias do @pedropark99 .

@samuel-carleial, you can apply changes to this same PR. For that you can go to the Files Changes tab.

image

You go to the line you want to change, hover over that line, and click the blue comment icon. A window to make comments will appear.

image

In that windows, click the symbol with a plus and a minus. This will create a block with the word suggestion and the text you can edit inside. Edit the text within the suggestion block, and when you are finished, click on the button "Add single comment."

image

Here is a video I recorded (in Spanish) some time ago showing how to make suggestions of changes in a PR: https://youtu.be/LVVEFath2rw?si=7lnoj4ZUy6UKJuGO&t=128

Please, let me know if you have any questions.

Ok, I looked in the 'Files changed' window and all changes appear to be done. I think then it is all clear from my side. @yabellini you may proceed with this PR.

I think the revisions are done according to the suggestion from @pedropark99

Hello here! Thanks for all the work on this review.

What's the status of this PR? I'm wondering because of #862 where we are adding an item before the after-review section:

- If the authors intend to submit an accompanying [Applications](https://besjournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/hub/journal/2041210X/features/applicationpapers) manuscript at [Methods in Ecology and Evolution](https://besjournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/2041210X), indicate to the authors can submit their manuscript after the review has been completed.

Automatic translation

Bonjour Maelle! This PR is on the second review. Looks like that, the last thing that remains to be done here is a last check from my side.

If I understood correctly, your concern is that, we added a new line to the english/main version of this document/chapter Rmd, and therefore, needs to be reflected/added to the translated version. Is that right?

Yes, this item needs to be reviewed (as I simply used DeepL) and added to the translation. Thank you!
