1.3 Release

Added block comments. Was going to change the package naming convention, but ran into a few issues. Since it doesn't affect the user, I'll just leave as it is.

Added support for creating a new RON file from the context menu.

1.1 Release

Fixes a ton of the lexer issues in 1.0. Expect it to work smoothly. I cleaned up a lot of the code, making it less redundant, which may have caused many of the issues.
