  • Semantic Issue: something about the meaning of the text is different
  • Non-semantic Issue: Spelling, grammar, or formatting changes.

Summary of issue:
Per 2.C.2, Constitutional Maintainers are expected to Review changes to the Constitution for grammar, spelling, and internal consistency. This issue will be resolved right before this rewrite is proposed to House in order to make sure that the Constitution is internally consistent and free from spelling and grammar mistakes.
