All eod functions have been implemented. However, integration tests for the eod/[date] endpoint cannot be run due to API plan restrictions.
Plan only goes back for a 1 year history.

This PR closes #4 . eod/[date] was implemented by using the builder to store the date, then using a
format!{}string to build the endpoint programmatically.
