Changes
Removes the deprecated support for resolving source branches from hashtags in Gerrit.
Context
This was deprecated 6 months ago in:
By now, all changes should have been migrated already for whoever is using Renovate with Gerrit.
However, the motivation for this change is that I'm preparing the ground to repurpose Gerrit hashtags to behave as PR labels, which should be a great addition for the Gerrit platform.
