Initial release

This release provides the way to build bootable ISO image inside the docker container. The following artifacts are provided:

• LFS-BOOK-8.1.pfd is original "Linux From Scratch" book which is used to build this release
• toolchain.tar.gz is all source code needed to build LFS system following book's instructions
• lfs.bin.tar.gz is binary artifacts produced by the released scripts. Plus some extra changes for generating bootable iso for VirtualBox.
• lfs.iso.tar.gx is built iso proven to work on author's environment.

To have network connection, make sure that you configured MAC address according to the one specified in /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules:
