Whole body PBPK model of olanzapine
Within this repository, we distribute a whole-body PBPK model of olanzapine for pregnant women. This work was conducted on a 27-compartment pregnancy model structure developed by Dallmann et al [1]. The detailed information on model development and evaluation was described in [2].
Everyone interacting in the Open Systems Pharmacology community (codebases, issue trackers, chat rooms, mailing lists etc...) is expected to follow the Open Systems Pharmacology code of conduct. We encourage contribution to the Open Systems Pharmacology community. The model code is distributed under the GPLv2 License.
