Reason for change: Fixes build issues with rpi specific package dependencies for foundation layer * packagegorup-base (linux-firmware-rpidistro, bluez-firmware-rpidistro, udev-rules-rpi) are commented * GPLv3 packages - dosfstools, coreutils, findutils are whitelisted Test Procedure: Build and verify Risks: Low Priority: P1 Signed-off-by: ldhana149 <[email protected]>
