New releases

Run the test suites.
Test that MS_example.py runs.
Test that MS_test.py produces highly similar visibilities for v2 and v4.

Updating the cub version

In setup.py

Change version information, e.g. from 1.5.1 from 1.5.2.
Change the download link.
Update the SHA hash, using sha1sum on ubuntu.

In Dockerfile

Change the download link.

In README.rst

Change the version.
