  1. Added a game patch to nerf power bombs 

    - config["game_patches"]["nerf_power_bomb"] adds an option to remove
  parts of power bomb that overshadow ice missiles and charge beam
- if enabled, removes the power bomb weakness from Enky (warlotus)
- if enabled, removes the power bomb interaction from charge doors and
  both one-sided variants
