minification fix

fixed minification issue in provider $get $http injection

endView for all

Small change to allow endView to be called when reportOnEndView is false. This enables views to be explicitly ended when monitoring digest but the digest loop is not the last marker to end.

view reporting fixes

• consolidated reset into single function
• added viewMarker to reporting whenever viewName is specified
• no longer report if no results and no view
