Patched version of DS4Windows v1.4.97 that includes UdpServer for interfacing with external applications.
This is a standalone exe that can be run from anywhere.
EDIT: Binary deleted since ryochan's .97 applies calibration data incorrectly causing issues. Use my .94 instead.
