What does this PR do?

This PR fixes the Index Page UI by adding Colors and making the page more appealing to users.

How should this be tested?

• Open the index.html file in your chosen browser, I tested on chrome, edge and Firefox to make sure they aren't any unwanted issues and that the webpage looks the same.

• Make sure you have self-reviewed the code. A decent size PR without self-review might be rejected.
