Theme home and new tab page #389

I've seen in #305 that only the system default theme is supported. I had the same issue as I was using another theme so my new tab page follows the same color palette. With that that being unsupported I want to propose a system to theme some of Firefox's default pages.
This requires all relevant css to be in the userContent.css. I adapted the install script to create such file and include the colors and custom home/newtab page css. I'm not sure what structure you prefer here.
There is some more theming possible here, but right now this only changes the background and accent color.

Looks like a good start to support userContent.css, and maybe make some progress with #244 in the future.
