Remove dead link

Looks like paws.analytics was removed for unrelated reasons. If it's important to link to a currently existing file this could become `[Example](https://github.com/r-multiverse/contributions/blob/main/packages/adbcdrivermanager)`, but I think the given example is clear enough on its own.
