Move caller, ps, and processx to Suggests
Skip tests on
packageNotFounderrors for packages in Suggests. This makes it easier to test packages for which some dependencies haven't been ported to webR yet. This doesn't always work aspackageNotFoundis currently not thrown consistently by R, but I plan to send patches to fix this. Since it doesn't always work, the feature is not mentioned in NEWS and users should keep usingskip_if_not_installed().Same for errors thrown by
rlang::check_installed()
