Pre-release

This release provides a small Vagrant setup to quickly spin up a Fedora 3.8.0-RC1 including the Fedora SWORDv1 Server v1.3.3 for immediate testing the Fedora APIs.

Further releases may include the final Fedora Release 3.8.0 and more of the Fedora Services and Demo Objects.
