修改了时间读出的部分，只实现了时间读出写入，别的都不管了。。。
程序在lgt8f328p上测试通过，估计arduino uno 也没问题
IC测试的是爱普生的rx8025t 估计上海贝岭的bl8025t应该也是可以的
