Added suffix .svg in background image loading script of admin main language
Added suffix .svg in background image loading script of admin dropdown list of languages
Uncomment and re-add qtranxf_add_css()
Added 'svg' to file list in (jpeg|jpg|gif|png|svg)
Changed options values in flag selector
Corrected javascript to add .svg in language_flag switcher
Changed IMG to SPAN new flags in list of enabled languages (NOW WITHOUT ALT TEXT** need to check)
