Add pixi compatibility

Pixi uses local environments like poetry but it supports conda - less struggles with pytorch 😃

The each script dependencies are handled with pixi environments.

This allows python leanrl/dqn.py to run reliably after the pixi shell activation.

# show the available environments
pixi project environment list

# activate default local environment
pixi shell  # installs dependencies locally
pixi run dqn  # predefined task for `python leanrl/dqn.py ...`

# run the script in a specific environment
pixi run --environment ppo ppo

# play within a specific environment
pixi shell -e jax
python leanrl/dqn_jax.py
