Choose channels on invite

Description

When requesting an invite to join the community it would be nice to have check-boxes to choose which channels we would like to join.

If a bug report, please include what you tried, what you expected, and what happened - including a copy of any errors you saw and/or a screenshot of the problem

I think for this to work well we can just add another scheduled job that keeps all channels in our database with a column for "default" (replacing https://github.com/pyslackers/website/blob/master/ansible/group_vars/website.yml#L33), then allowing users to select additional channels they'd want to join on invite acceptance.
