Delete various pymc_marketing.mmm.utils functions associated with mentes and sigmoid transformations

Description

• Delete:
  • estimate_menten_parameters
  • estimate_sigmoid_parameters
  • compute_sigmoid_second_derivative
  • find_sigmoid_inflection_point
• Delete associated tests
