We have been using a different "latest" link, but it doesn't seem to have been updated with the latest relase, can you check that, please? Or is it deprecated and we should move to your new one?

That has been updated now; the links.puppetlabs.com links are old (but will continue to work for the foreseeable future). I have migrated that link to forward to the pup.pt link above. Thanks for pointing this out.
