This appears to be working in Linux on 2024.2.1. I will test on Mac and Windows on Monday |

Should achieve what #5 could not - as ioHub needs eyetracker classes to be named EyeTracker, the entry point needs to point an entire module to
psychopy.iohub.devices.eyetrackerand then the yaml needs to navigate frompsychopy.iohub.devicesto the necessary class.
