MappingMaster is an open-source Java library that can be used to transform the content of spreadsheets into an OWL ontology.
Transformation Rule Language. MappingMaster has a domain-specific language to specify the mapping rule between the cells in the spreadsheet and the OWL axiom construct.
The Cellfie plugin provides the graphical user interface (GUI) to convert an Excel spreadsheet to an OWL ontology in Protégé. Since the Protégé 5.0 release, the Cellfie plugin has become part of the Protégé Desktop distribution, under the menu item "Tools > Create axioms from Excel workbook..."
