  • Fixes Bug (Fixes an existing functionality which was not working as expected)
  • Documentation change (Changes to Readme.md)

Describe your changes

Updated the Documentation and ReadMe. Added new sections -> Contributors, Releases, Roadmap, Contact.
Improved Description and added new social handles.

Checklist

  • I have taken a (git pull origin main --rebase) from main branch and tested it.
  • I have conducted a self-review of my code, and the code contains only changes relevant to this feature, without including modifications to other files.
  • I have commented my code, particularly in complex areas.

@devshahofficial would you please check code style because CI failed? to fix this you have to format code changes with CMD yarn format and commit then force-push.

Also, @amandesai01 this is why here -> #120 (comment) I have said that we need to format code as well before making commit.
