Style-transfer

Style transfer is created using VGG16 in tensorflow

As VGG16 has 138M parameters so transfer learning is used for which model was downloaded from :

https://s3.amazonaws.com/cadl/models/vgg16.tfmodel

It make pretty decent art peice as shown below:
