Builds mappings from NatDex->SinnohDex and SinnohDex->NatDex (
pl_pokezukan.narcandshinzukan.narc) from source.Adds a file
res/pokemon/sinnoh_pokedex.jsoncontaining a list of all pokemon to be included in the Sinnoh dex(Note: Arceus is included in this list as the zeroth pokemon, required for matching).
Also documented functions in
pokemon.cused to read from these files.
