also seemingly located the party healing function
Adds names to many unnamed functions for readability. Also adds names to a couple structs.
ProcessBoxPokemonWithTrainerInfo is now UpdateBoxMonStatusAndTrainerInfo and all params are labeled

This is an update to PR #115, which seems to be abandoned. I took the liberty of updating it myself if only to get the symbols merged in for now.
