What is this repository for?

This repository is for tutorial scripts/programmes developed for students to understand the mechanics and behaviours of the Gauss-Seidel Iteration

Only works with estimating SNP effect.

How do I get set up?

• Summary of set up

1. Download repository from Git
2. Check DataFiles and GSRU.R script are present
3. Run GRSU in R/RStudio or run directly from Command Line

• Database configuration

Scripts to run programmes will be in working directory. Data files will be stored in the 'DataFiles' sub-directory.

• Deployment instructions

Path to new data files will need to be changed within the Rscript.
