This PR adds data generation for the TPC-DS benchmark suite.
TPC-H has been primarily used for benchmarking, but more diverse and complex queries are included in TPC-DS. I think it would be a great addition to include (part of) the 99 queries in our benchmarking repository.
This PR only handles the data generation component for both Linux and on MacOS. Query implementations will follow in upcoming PRs.
