Basic features

  • Volunteer intake form
  • Ignition intake form
  • User list
  • Org chart
  • G Suite account creation and disabling (Maybe should be an add-on, as not every organization uses Gmail / G Suite)
  • Department onboarding
  • Keeping track of vendors / business relationships

What do people want?

  • Single sign on for all playasoft projects
  • Automatically notify department leads of new volunteers
  • Send volunteers a confirmation after submitting information
  • Onboarding information about ignition and the organization
  • Department-specific information in onboarding emails
  • IT: Google account managment
    • Creation
    • Disabling (after roll-off)
    • Transfer data to replacement users, Shared Drive, or holding (zBoardData) account
    • Deletion w/ data being saved 1st (2 years after last use)

  • Passing on departmental culture
    • Asking department leads what went well
    • Asking what went wrong
    • Asking what could be improved

Notes

  • Not all information in the current user list is useful to everybody, most people don't care when somebody was ratified
  • Board ratification?
