The other alternatives were not available on firefox addons page anymore, this seems to be the current equivalent.

Description

Was always using the Video Ad-Block, for Twitch but was not available anymore on firefox add-ons list anymore.
Tried the replacement listed here but not directly available on Firefox, found this one that seems to be now the 'good' one to use.

I updated the text based on the description from firefox add-ons page.

Update

Feel free to update anything, was not sure how to describe the add-on and basically just wanted to have a no proxy solution for firefox listed in here.

Could do. It looks like this is just a logo change and re-uploaded to firefox? I don't think it goes to 480p as the fallback player types are set to embed (source), proxy (source), thunderdome (broken).
