This is a project for course "Programming in Graphical Environment". The program is written in C++, using winAPI. It creates a window, which is a yellow circle around mouse pointer. The circle has a radius of 100 pixels and follows the mouse movement every 1 ms. The window does not appear on a taskbar. The program exits after shortcut "Alt + Shift + F4".
