Fix resize during startup

What does this PR aim to accomplish?:

So far, we did not consider a resize happening during the startup phase. This led to wrong PADD screen size which could only be fixed by another resize.
This PR simply adds another call to SizeChecker after the startup and before running PADD's dashboard
