If you have an account at LCLS and will use the LCLS computing resources, you can use the cctbx.xfel sources hosted at LCLS at /reg/g/cctbx/conda_build. Simply add to your .bashrc file:
source /reg/g/cctbx/conda_build/miniconda2/etc/profile.d/conda.sh
conda activate myEnv
source /reg/g/cctbx/conda_build/build/setpaths.sh
Otherwise, you will need to follow the conda setup instructions.
XTC files are hosted at cxidb, deposition 81. The deposition includes the XTC files and the calibration directory needed to analyze the data.
