Settings Browser doesn’t offer world renderer canvas scaling settings

The Settings Browser opened by the ‘settings’ button in Pharo Launcher v3.2 doesn’t offer the ‘world renderer canvas scaling’ settings added in Pharo pull requests #15647 and #16479 as it is still based on Pharo 11. It would be nice to have it updated to Pharo 12 and have the two settings be made available.
