Logo and Variations
The District logo is our official visual identifier. It should appear on all print and digital communications and signage. It is important to apply this logo consistently and properly to maintain a unified identity.
The District logo consists of two components:
- The triquetra-steelmark
- The wordmark (“Pittsburgh District Church of the Nazarene” in the Raleway typeface all caps, with “Pittsburgh” on a top line, a middle line including “District” in a smaller size between two horizontal rules, and both these lines stenciled as well as justified with and above the solid “Church of the Nazarene” wordmark from the denominational logo).
The wordmark may only appear to the left of or below the triquetra-steelmark. The wordmark must not be placed above or to the right of the triquetra-steelmark.
If desired, the triquetra-steelmark may be used on its own as a graphic element. The words “Pittsburgh District Church of the Nazarene” must always appear in conjunction with it. The wordmark, as it appears in the logo, should never be used without the triquetra-steelmark.
The logo is available in two main variations depending on design preference and available space.
- The spread-text variation is preferred.
- The stacked-text variation may be used where
- Horizontal space is limited, or
- The size of the triquetra-steelmark in the spread-text version would be too small.
