Executing setup.py got deprecated and therefore is now replaced with `pip install -e .`. Supported versions also got updated, since 3.7 is no no longer supported by the Python community. Replace travis-ci with github-actions, since we have no credits for travis-ci. Switched from nosetest to pytest, since nose is no longer maintained.
Set license to my actualy name and freelancer based email domain.
Since travis-ci got replaced with github-actions as build system, the badge was updated accordingly
