Changelog:
- Added the Reaction Chamber. A progression machine with some cool quality of life and efficient recipes, if you have the power to feed it;
- Added the Shattered Singularity (Enables autocrafting the mod's recipes avoid AE2 quantum entangled singularities NBT Data);
- Recipes changed to use the Shattered Singularity;
- Fixed a bug that allowed the quantum computer to be bigger than originally intended;
- Added a dialog that allows for choosing the direction for the quantum reactor's export
