-Adicionei comentários, guiando melhor as funcionalidades e o porquê de cada variável e método.
-Passei as funções "comissao.()" e "valor.()" para a classe imovel, sendo a comissao como virtual para ser sobrescrita devido a diferença de porcentagem em cada tipo, enquanto a valor é uma função fixa de "imovel", já que seu calculo não muda para os demais.
-Removi espaços desnecessários e formatei de maneira legível.
-Alterei as variáveis, deixando-as padronizadas e de melhor entendimento ao contexto do programa.
