tune axes parameter and atten X reverse motor direction

sp1k4-solid-att X is stuck , solid atten y has lag motion error even though it can move

when I try to move atten X a little step 0.1, it moved to the wrong direction.
I reverse the Atten X motor and works.
Meanwhile I adjust the control parameter of Atten Y axes and it works without any error message

Motivation and Context

solve the sp1k4 solid atten X motor stuck issue and Y motor lag motion error

How Has This Been Tested?

Yes, I tested in TMO machine and all work now.
