This sets up e2e tests for VSCode plugin, using Playwright.
The current tests are very simple: open VSCode, open the Payara plugin, check for the header and the 2 sections (server + Micro instances).
It's to lay the foundation for future tests.
It can be run with the command
npm run test:e2e
