Initial push from laptop,
to pull from desktop, to fix the formating, and fix spelling mistakes
Fixed a couple spelling errors.
tweaked the chat portal to be less specific (no name)
Finished off the formating (used html ordered list and had the clickable link part of the paragraph instead of just at the end)
added vmware intents
changes from nicholas
response for for intel, supermicro, rma, live aent placeolder, account faq and purchase faq
Changes from Nicholas.

Resolved the Limit no. of requests per IP address to 2 - 3 per second using flask_limiter
changed the specificity in chat.py
added more patterns
Changes before amending the intents.

Text for welcome message when bubble is selected is hard coded

chat portal is now explicitly non human, so the handover to live chat is more obvious
Merged goodbye and thanks tags, since it usually meant the bot has answered the query

Removed funny tag, since jokes are not needed

Got rid of identity tag, since we now can tell them at the start it is a bot
still filling up the patterns from chatlogs, pushing before pulling the welcome text
not actually sure of the changes, probably just some more patterns. the flask app was abandoned as it doesn't classify accurate enough due to rudimentary text classification approach
moved the forked flask application to a single folder.
Guidelines for Chatbot Training and Development using IBM Watson Assistant Approach

a link to the ibm docs
Moved python libraries to the bottom.

Requires the most work in setting up if working from scratch, but lacks extra benefits over the other options that incentivizes the work.

If using existing code(the flask app), too rudimentary, and unable to perform entity extraction
