Geometric Distortion Evaluation Pipeline

Usage instructions:

1. The main pipeline file is a Python (Nipype) script that calls on the different software packages.

2. All required dependencies are contained within the Singularity file.

3. A script for running a Wilcoxan-signed rank test is included in the stats folder.
