Summary
Pantheon WordPress Cache Plugin Configuration - Updates the Pantheon Page Cache screenshot to the updated one in #9195 which shows the Pantheon Page Cache page with Pantheon Advanced Page Cache 2.0+ installed. Adds notes about the difference in the input type if PAPC 2.0 is not installed (but does not show a screenshot for that). Updates the option label and language from "default time to live" which is not how we're refererring to that setting anymore.
