Release v0.1.2: Quarantine duplicates support

Ability to quarantine duplicate disks from your collection:

dskalyzer [-as-dupes|-whole-dupes] -quarantine [-select pathlist] 

System will prompt you for which disk of a set of dupes you wish to keep, and move the others to a quarantine path (~/DSKalyzer/quarantine/...).

You can also do this from the shell prompt: -

> quarantine as-dupes "C:\Users\myname\DiskImages\Games\J"
