Release 2.0

This release consist on large dependency updates:

• Update to PaperDb 2.0
• Update to Kryo 4.0. It improves its serialization format even more
• Update to kryo-seralizers to 0.41. This change fixes magro/kryo-serializers#60 reducing the method count by 6000!
• Minor updates to Android SDK 25 and RxJava 1.2.2
