Motivation and Context
Mode filter is no longer available because taxCode field is always returned.
TaxCode filter, in dashboard page "Enti gestiti", is managed by frontend.
How Has This Been Tested?
It was tested by running bff-dashboard locally and calling APIs getDelegationsUsingTo, getDelegationsUsingFrom and getDelegationsUsingToV2.
