• added new AdditionalInformations Object to InstitutionUpdate

Motivation and Context

this new object is necessary because within it the necessary information will be transmitted to the PagoPA Admin which will speed up the verification phase of the institution. The entities involved and who will exploit this information are the GSPs

How Has This Been Tested?

the microservice was started locally, together with the core microservice and subsequently the API was invoked which is used to retrieve the information during the approval phase (/tokens/{tokenId}). It was verified that the response contained the new data stored in AdditionalInformations and retrieved from the Token Entity
